Developer Agreement

This agreement applies to anyone submitting an AI to usingai.com. By checking the agreement box on the submission form, you accept the terms below.
Ownership
You represent and warrant that you own 100% of the rights to, or otherwise have full authorization to publish, all text, links, and images included in your submission, and that your submission does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless usingai.com and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and legal fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your submission, including any claim that it infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
No pre-publication review
Submissions publish immediately and are not reviewed by usingai before going live. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you submit.
Removal
usingai may remove your submission at any time, for any reason, including a suspected violation of this agreement or our guidelines.
This agreement is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms.
